Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

What currency will I be charged in?

All sales will be charged in Canadian (CAD) dollars.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Interac/E-transfers and Debit/Card payments via Wave (Visa, MasterCard & Apple Pay).

We use Wave payments for Credit/Debit Card payments and they use servers protected physically and electronically. Any connection between you and Wave is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Wave is a PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider.

How to pay via Credit/Debit Card?

You will receive a separate invoice with Payment Link via e-mail. Just click the button REVIEW & PAY to enter your card details.

Kindly note that there is a surcharge fee of 2.9% + $0.60 added on top of your total balance.

My package shows that it was delivered but I did not receive anything.

Please note that once the package is handed to the courier, delivery is beyond our control.

I put the wrong address for my order, can you change it?

If your order has already been printed and packed, we are unable to make changes for that order.

We offer Flat-rate shipping for all orders regardless of weight, shape, or size of the item. Please note that these rates are subject to GST/HST.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada for all orders over $175 in a single transaction. Use code GLAMFREESF during checkout. Important note, you cannot apply this promo code if you're checking out using Sezzle.

When will I receive my orders?

For pre-orders, the estimated arrival of the box is 7-10 days after the cut-off date. Once it arrives, we will start sorting & packing all your items that usually takes at least 1-2 days then we will ship your orders.

Please note that delayed shipping may occur due to the courier, we suggest that you keep on checking your tracking number for more updates.
