PRE-ORDER
- Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email and invoice.
- Estimated arrival of Pre-ordered items is 7-10 days after the cut-off date.
- Cut-off date varies every week and indicated below the Pre-order button when you order via website.
- We DO NOT accept order cancellation and exchange.
- Sorting and packing of orders will take at least 24hrs.
- Once your orders are ready for shipping or pick-up, we will send you an email.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We work hard to keep our inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out you will be notified via email or via Private Message thru our Social Media Account. You have the option to change the item or get a full refund.
We do not accept returns and exchanges should the items do not fit. We strongly suggest that before placing an order, message us for clarification.

Due to variations in monitor settings, Glam Clothing assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product or production, either within an order or in a reorder.
We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product or elements of any design. Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.
Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other.
SIZE DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for our products in our size guides. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time product sizing may vary slightly. Glam Clothing is not responsible for sizing variations in the manufacturing process.
