SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Our shipping schedule varies every week. Kindly wait for the announcement thru Facebook or Instagram story.PRE-ORDER
Kindly note that Pre-order Items will arrive 7-10 days after the cut-off date. Once the box arrives, allow us to sort and pack your orders for at least 2-3 days before we can ship out your orders or ready for pick-up.
ON HAND ITEMS
We aim to ship out all orders within 24-48 hours, pending availability and verification of payment. Once shipped, we will send you the Tracking Number via email.
Our official courier is Canada Post.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer's responsibility. Once an order has been shipped, we have no way of changing the address and you will need to contact the courier directly.

We offer Flat-rate shipping for all orders regardless of quantity, weight, shape, or size of the item. Please note that these rates are subject to GST/HST.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order or any issues with your package, please contact Canada Post directly at +1 866-607-6301.
PICK-UP
Don't want to wait for delivery? We offer no-contact or porch pick-up. Just choose Pickup from our shipping menu. You'll receive a notification when your order is all wrapped up and ready. Kindly message us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct prior to the pick-up date and confirm to us what time you’ll be arriving.
LOCATION: You can search us on Google Maps or Waze. Just type GLAM CLOTHING.

ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 1 month. After this, you will be sent a Shipping Invoice. You will have 24 hours to pay your invoice. If left unpaid, your items will be donated to a donation center.
